What it is
Kesita analyses Italian law as a lawyer does: starting from the courts’ reasoning.
It identifies the relevant rulings from a question put in Italian, sets out the direction of case law on an issue and supports the drafting of legal documents, with sources included and checked one by one. It operates across millions of rulings and the whole body of Italian legislation: the same database that ComproCausa built to evaluate claims.
Who it is for
Lawyers
Identifying the relevant rulings, understanding the prevailing direction of case law and drafting documents with verified sources.
Law firms
A shared workspace that brings together the documents in the case file, the firm’s own templates and the checked sources in every document.
In-house legal teams
Understanding how the courts approach an issue before deciding whether to litigate, and explaining it to the company’s decision-makers.
Four tools on one base
All of them operate on the same base of rulings and legislation and follow the same rule: no source is put before the user until it has been checked.
IUSthe database
Plain-language search of the reasoning.
Search operates on the full reasoning of judgments rather than on summaries. IUS also checks the citations in a legal document and traces their sources.
AIXthe workspace
Sources in the context of the case file.
A conversational assistant that consults the database autonomously and checks every reference it cites. It analyses the documents in the case file and prepares the draft in Word format, with the sources already included.
LEXcase-law trends
Case-law trends, measured on the legal question.
The number of rulings, their direction and how they evolve over time. What is measured is the legal question, never the people called upon to decide it.
MCPthe connector
Kesita within AI assistants.
It integrates search and source verification into Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
An API for developers and software houses is also planned.
Kesita’s six claims
Only the claims that Kesita publishes about its own service are reported here; every other aspect will be demonstrated by the product.

An inherited platform
To evaluate claims, ComproCausa first had to build a legal database of rulings and legislation. Kesita is founded on that database: companies operating in the same sector share the data as well.
