The group’s companies are the channels: each has its own name, sector and audience, as well as its own way of reaching clients. Beneath the surface lie the capabilities, built according to a method common to all. Each new company can therefore draw on what has already been built.

  1. Data

    A proprietary database for each sector.

    Before developing the product, we build the sector’s database: the data is collected, standardised, linked and continuously updated. In the first sector it comprises millions of Italian rulings and all Italian legislation; in subsequent sectors it will comprise the documentation specific to each, organised with the same method.

  2. Reading

    Artificial intelligence that reads the documents of each sector.

    Contracts, case files, surveys, claims, rulings: every sector rests on documents of its own. Artificial intelligence reads them in full rather than in summary form, and compares each case with similar ones on the basis of meaning rather than keywords.

  3. Verification

    No result is released without a professional’s review.

    A reference is of value only if it genuinely exists; for this reason every reference is checked against its source. The decision then rests with a professional of the sector, who reviews the result and takes responsibility for it. In ComproCausa’s reports, validation on the merits is entrusted to an appointed lawyer.

    Whatever its sector, every company in the group is established on the same infrastructure, located in the European Union: each is kept separate from the others, and all meet the same security standards.

No AI output becomes a decision without a professional who reviews it and takes responsibility for it. This is the principle on which we build every company in the group, in every sector, and it is what Italian law requires of the intellectual professions.1
