Artificial intelligence, where no one had taken it yet.

Morvik Group builds and runs companies that apply artificial intelligence to traditional industries.

The gap

Italy’s economy and artificial intelligence in three indicators from public sources.

96.9 per cent

The share of Italy’s value added generated outside the ICT sector: in industry, construction, trade and professional services.1

100 − 3.1 (ICT sector) = 96.9 · our calculation based on Eurostat data

One in ten

In construction, transport and hospitality, about one enterprise in ten uses artificial intelligence, compared with one in two in information and communication.2

Closing this gap is the purpose of our work.

The tools are available; the companies and the skills needed to apply them to the processes of each sector are not. Among Italian enterprises that assessed artificial intelligence without adopting it, 58.6% cite a lack of adequate skills among the reasons.5

Manifesto

The value of artificial intelligence is generated in the sectors on which the economy is founded.

Where value is generated

Artificial intelligence models are developed in research centres and improve with each new generation. Economic value, however, is generated in the productive sectors: in industry, in logistics, in professional services and in the offices where files are processed and contracts concluded. These are the sectors in which the adoption of artificial intelligence is currently most limited and its potential impact greatest.

How we select sectors

We enter a sector when the gap is measurable and its processes rest on volumes of documents that cannot be analysed in full by traditional methods. Decisions must also remain with professionals who are accountable for them: without this safeguard, a sector falls outside our scope.

For this reason we do not sell software: we found and run companies.

Why a company

Licensed software remains a tool in the hands of whoever buys it. A company, by contrast, answers to its clients, learns from the cases it handles and continually improves its own data. Each of the group’s companies has its own brand, its own market and its own accounts; Morvik Group oversees its establishment and management.

Who decides

Artificial intelligence analyses, compares and makes proposals; the decision rests with a professional in the sector, who reviews it and takes responsibility for it. In every profession the reliability of a result is guaranteed by whoever signs it, and in Italy the law expressly requires this safeguard for the intellectual professions.6

Outlook

The method does not depend on any single sector. What one of the group’s companies develops is made available to those that follow: the data, where sectors are related; the method, the infrastructure, the standards and the expertise, in every case. Our objective is to bring artificial intelligence, one sector at a time, to the industries that sustain the real economy.

Morvik Register · no. 001

The first is ComproCausa. It will not be the last.

The group’s companies

Each company in the group applies artificial intelligence to a specific sector and is an independent business, with its own brand, market and accounts. Morvik Group founds and manages each of them.

    ComproCausa

Artificial intelligence compares each case with millions of Italian rulings, a lawyer validates the merits, and even a €50,000 claim can be assessed by those able to fund it.

    What it does
ComproCausa provides a free pre-evaluation of the civil and commercial claims of individuals and small businesses. If a case is eligible, it refers it to third-party litigation funds, which may cover the legal costs or acquire the claim in dispute before judgment.
    Who it is for
Individuals and small businesses with a right to enforce, in claims worth €50,000 or more: medical malpractice, banking and insurance, employment, contracts. It also serves the funds that select claims to finance.
    How it works
The claimant completes an online questionnaire, which takes a few minutes. Artificial intelligence compares the case with millions of Italian rulings; ComproCausa’s team reviews the report and an appointed lawyer validates its merits.
    Why now
Litigation funding has been practised for years but has traditionally focused on high-value disputes, since assessing a smaller claim manually was too costly. Analysing rulings at scale now makes it possible to assess the claims of individuals and SMEs as well.
    Sector
Civil justice · litigation funding for individuals and SMEs
    Key facts
    • Free of charge for the claimant: €0
    • Report in about 72 working hours, indicative timeframe
    • Three levels of review: AI, team and appointed lawyer

NoticeComproCausa is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice and does not buy or fund the claim: it pre-evaluates the case and, if eligible, refers it to third-party litigation funds.

    Pre-launch

    Kesita

Kesita gives lawyers access to the same legal database that ComproCausa uses to evaluate claims.

    What it does
Legal Intelligence for Italian law: Kesita identifies the relevant rulings from a question put in Italian, sets out the direction of case law on an issue and supports the drafting of legal documents, with the sources already included and checked.
    Who it is for
Lawyers, law firms and in-house legal teams, including professionals who already use an artificial intelligence assistant: Kesita operates within Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.
    How it works
Kesita analyses the reasoning of judgments, not only the headnotes, across millions of rulings and the whole body of Italian legislation. Every citation is checked against the registry before it is shown.
    Why now
The answers to legal questions lie in the reasoning of judgments, and the citations in legal documents have always been checked manually. Artificial intelligence now makes it possible to analyse the reasoning in full and to verify every reference before it is included in a document.
    Sector
Legal information · for lawyers, firms and in-house legal teams
    Key facts
    • Millions of rulings and all Italian legislation

The approach

Our approach comprises five stages and was first applied at ComproCausa.

  1. Choose the sector

We identify sectors marked by excessive waiting times and costs, in which a large body of documents exists that no one analyses systematically.

ComproCausaCivil justice: delays and costs documented by public sources; millions of rulings never analysed in full.

  2. Build the data

The database comes before the product: it is collected, normalised, linked and continuously updated.

ComproCausaBefore launch, a proprietary legal database was built, covering millions of Italian rulings and all Italian legislation.

  3. Read with AI, decide with people

Artificial intelligence analyses and compares the documents; a professional reviews the result and signs it off.

ComproCausaEvery report is reviewed by the team and validated on the merits by an appointed lawyer.

  4. Found and run the company

Each company in the group is established as an independent business and is managed by Morvik Group.

ComproCausaIt has its own brand, domain and infrastructure, and has been on the market since 25 September 2026.

  5. Pass the platform on

Each new company inherits what the previous ones have built.

ComproCausaKesita inherits the database built for ComproCausa and the system that keeps it up to date.

ComproCausa is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice and does not buy or fund the claim: it pre-evaluates the case and, if eligible, refers it to third-party litigation funds.

The platform

Sectional view

The group’s companies are the channels: in each sector, the brand to which clients and professionals turn. Beneath them lie the capabilities they all share.
